Baan Piang Din – บ้านเพียงดิน
Baan Piang Din is a small organic farm located in the north eastern part of Thailand (close to Surin). Our aim is to practice sustainable living through organic farming and natural building.
We are convinced that the benefits of organic gardening without the use of any chemical fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides outweigh the industrial ways of gardening.
We propagate our own effective micro organisms to produce fertilizers and make our own composts.
Working in the nature fulfills us, therefor we practice mostly hand cultivation and care.
We strive to find more ways to live a more self reliant lifestyle by growing our own organic food and building homes made of natural materials.
Our main aim is to live in a harmonic way with and from mother earth.
We plan to be fully operative with the farm until the year 2020.
