Organic Fruit & Vegetables
This is the area where we plant most of our organic food and vegetables such as dried bananas, dried roselle, papayas and lots of others.
We work together with local villagers to increase the amount of local fruits and vegetables that we can offer. Products are available at the coffee shop at the farm.
Our main goal of organic agriculture is not to raise the quantity, but improving the quality of our food products. Now, by practicing organic agriculture, we are able to produce agricultural goods without polluting soil, water resources, and air while protecting our environment, plants, animals, as well as our personal health.
Our aims for organic farming are:
- Conserving environment and natural resources,
- Conserving flora and fauna
- Re-establishing ecological balance
- Encouraging sustainable agriculture
- Improving soil fertility
- Increasing genetic diversity
- Putting an end to chemical pollution and toxic residues
